IBIMW ("I Brewed It My Way") is a beer garden in Wyoming, Pennsylvania. IBIMW features Russian and Eastern Eurpoean specialty beer such as балтика (Baltika), Aiko, Zaibo, Yarpivo, and the nefarious Жигулёвское (Zay-gool-yov-ska-yea)! The kitchen makes some tasty offerings, especially authentic PoBoy's just like those in the cajun bayous.
There's a full menu that's certain to please. IBIMWs popular eats are jumbo buffalo'd chicken wings with various incantations of sauces, 1-lb cheesestakes, burgers, fish & chips, and lots more.
Of note is that IBIMW is an active place -- the customer's aren't sedentary. You may find various musicians in an improptu jam session; a solo blues man on a resonator; photographers and painters; bikers and lots of real people. You won't find people shouting about "the big game" or getting ready for hunting -- just not IBIMW's crowd.
Bring your ID -- you'll need it. IBIMW has a neat laser 2D barcode, smartcard, and magstripe reader for virtually any ID in North America -- including US Military. Trust me, no ID and you'll quickly get dispatched.
